The Neurallux platform (the “Service”, “we”, the “Platform”) provides tools to automate Telegram accounts, use AI services, run workflows, and manage internal resources. All information and features are provided “as is” without express or implied warranties.
2No warranties
We do not guarantee:
- ❌uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service;
- ❌compatibility with future changes to the Telegram API or third-party AI providers;
- ❌specific outcomes from AI models;
- ❌resource availability after a subscription period ends or if your credit balance is insufficient;
- ❌that automations you build are legally compliant.
By using the Service, you understand and agree that operational and resource risks are yours.
3User responsibility
You bear personal responsibility for:
- ⚖️content published through connected Telegram accounts;
- 📋compliance with applicable law, third-party terms, and Telegram’s terms;
- ⚙️designing and running workflows, including possible infringement or malicious use;
- 🤖lawful use of AI tools (text, images, voice, etc.).
The Platform is not liable for consequences of your actions, including via Telegram accounts or resources activated with credits.
4Telegram and third-party services
Neurallux is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Telegram Messenger LLP. Telegram is a trademark of its respective owner.
We do not control and cannot guarantee uptime or stability of third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, DeepSeek, ElevenLabs, etc.).
5Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- •the Service and its team are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages;
- •we do not compensate for lost data, profit, reputation, or Telegram access due to bans;
- •we do not compensate for lost credits or temporarily deactivated resources due to low balance;
- •total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount of your most recent credit purchase.
6Unlawful use
You must not use Neurallux for:
- 🚫spam, phishing, blackmail, or threats;
- 🚫workflows that infringe others’ rights or harm organizations;
- 🚫distributing extremist, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited material.
If violations are detected, we may:
- •suspend your account without refunding credits;
- •report the matter to competent authorities.
7Changes
We may update this Disclaimer at any time. The current version is always available on the Platform. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
