1General provisions
1.1.
This document sets out the essential terms on which Neurallux provides information technology and cloud services. It is intended as a public offer you may accept as described below.
1.2.
When you (the “Customer”) pay for services, register, or actually use the Neurallux Service, that constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this offer and forms a contract on the terms below.
2Subject of the agreement
2.1.
The Service provider undertakes to give the Customer access to Neurallux — a platform for automating Telegram accounts, using AI services (text, image, voice), cloud storage, and API integrations.
2.2.
The Customer undertakes to pay for the services as described in this offer.
2.3.
Services are provided remotely over the Internet.
3Terms of service
3.1.
Access is granted after registration and account activation and after you purchase and use credits.
3.2.
The scope and characteristics of services depend on the number of activated resources and credits purchased.
3.3.
The Customer is solely responsible for connected Telegram accounts and for complying with applicable laws and third-party terms (including Telegram’s rules) when automating them.
3.4.
The Service provider does not intervene in connected accounts and is not liable for bans, feature restrictions, or actions by Telegram or other providers.
4Rights and obligations
4.1. The Service provider shall:
- •provide access to the Service and activated resources for the period covered by paid credits;
- •provide technical support regarding platform operation;
- •maintain confidentiality of the Customer’s personal data.
4.2. The Service provider may:
- •change Service functionality without the Customer’s prior approval;
- •suspend services if this agreement is breached;
- •change resource pricing with at least 3 (three) days’ notice to the Customer;
- •block the Customer’s account if the Service is used in violation of applicable law or this offer.
4.3. The Customer shall:
- •provide accurate information at registration;
- •not use the Service for purposes that violate applicable law;
- •safeguard logins, passwords, and tokens;
- •purchase credits and use them to pay for Service resources.
5Pricing and payment
5.1.
All internal settlements use credits purchased by the Customer through the Service. Credit and resource prices are shown on the official website.
5.2.
Credits activate Service resources: blocks, voices, storage, Telegram account slots, and the knowledge base.
5.3.
Each resource stays active for 1 month from activation. When it expires, the Service attempts renewal by debiting the Customer’s credit balance. If credits are insufficient, access is suspended until the balance is topped up.
5.4.
Credits and activated resources are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where a documented technical error by the Service provider prevented delivery.
5.5.
The service is deemed rendered when access to the selected resources is provided.
5.6.
Refunds are possible only if the Service provider is technically unable to provide the services and you contact us within 7 calendar days of the debit.
5.7.
Unused or deactivated resources do not roll over and are not compensated.
