📜 User agreement
1General provisions
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between you (the “User”) and the operator of the Neurallux platform (the “Service”, “we”, the “Administration”) when you access or use the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you:
- •have read this Agreement;
- •accept it in full;
- •agree to comply with it.
If you do not agree, stop using the Service immediately.
2Description of the Service
Neurallux provides a platform for building automation workflows for Telegram accounts using automation blocks, AI services (text, image, voice), API integrations, and internal data storage.
Users purchase internal credits to activate and renew paid Service resources, including:
- •Blocks — functional workflow elements;
- •Telegram accounts — slots for connected accounts;
- •Custom voices — AI models trained from your audio;
- •Storage — internal space for variables;
- •Knowledge base — an RAG module for your data.
Each activated resource is provided for 1 month from purchase. When the period ends, the Service attempts automatic renewal by debiting credits. If the balance is insufficient, access to that resource is suspended until you top up.
The platform is not a telecommunications operator, is not affiliated with Telegram Inc., and does not provide services that are part of Telegram’s official infrastructure.
3Registration and account
To use the Service, you must register, create an account, and provide accurate information.
You agree to:
- •use only Telegram accounts you lawfully control;
- •not share your logins, passwords, or tokens with third parties;
- •keep your credentials confidential;
- •notify the Administration immediately of any unauthorized access.
We may suspend your account for breach of this Agreement without prior notice. For serious violations, no refund will be issued.
4Connecting Telegram accounts
By connecting Telegram accounts, you confirm that you:
- •have the legal right to operate them;
- •understand and accept the risks of automation;
- •bear full legal responsibility for all actions performed through those accounts.
5Prohibited use
You must not use the Service to:
- ⚠️violate applicable law, third-party terms, or Telegram’s rules;
- ⚠️send spam, phish, defraud, extort, or blackmail;
- ⚠️control other people’s accounts without consent;
- ⚠️distribute prohibited content (extremism, violence, pornography, etc.);
- ⚠️run DDoS attacks or other malicious activity.
If violations are found:
- 🚫access to the Service may be blocked without compensation;
- 📞information may be provided to competent authorities.
6Intellectual property
All rights to software, visual assets, interfaces, documentation, and the Neurallux brand belong to the Administration.
You must not:
- •copy, distribute, or use parts of the Service without written permission;
- •decompile, disassemble, modify, or circumvent technical protections.
7Liability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant:
- •uninterrupted or error-free operation;
- •compatibility with third-party services or APIs;
- •availability of Telegram accounts, especially when Telegram Inc. takes action.
We are not liable for:
- •loss of access to accounts;
- •damages caused by misconfigured automation;
- •failures or errors of third-party AI services;
- •use or interpretation of AI-generated content.
8Payment, credits, and refunds
All balances inside the Service are denominated in credits — internal units you purchase through the Service’s checkout in the currency offered there.
Credits are not electronic money, a payment instrument, or a financial product. They represent your internal balance and may be used only to pay for digital resources on the Service.
Resource prices (blocks, voices, storage, etc.) are shown in credits. Purchasing a resource debits the corresponding amount from your balance.
Each purchased resource remains active for 1 month. When it expires, the Service attempts automatic renewal by debiting credits. If the balance is too low, the resource is deactivated until you pay again.
Credits are non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable to other users, except where a documented technical fault on our side prevented delivery of a purchase.
Refunds are considered only on written request to support@zerafy.com or via Telegram support within 7 calendar days of the debit if the service was not actually provided.
Unused or deactivated resources are not compensated. If you delete your account, any remaining credit balance is forfeited.
9Data storage and processing
User data is stored encrypted and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
By using the Service, you agree that data may be sent to third-party providers (AI services, cloud APIs, etc.) as required for the Service to function.
We do not sell your data to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time.
10Support
Technical support is provided to all users at no charge.
We do not assist with unlawful use cases.
11Changes to terms
We may update this Agreement at any time. The current version will be published on the website.
Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated terms.
12Dispute resolution
Disputes should first be resolved through negotiation.
If no settlement is reached, either party may pursue remedies before courts or tribunals that have jurisdiction under applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
