1General provisions

This policy governs refunds for paid services provided by Neurallux. By purchasing credits and activating resources, you agree to this policy.

2No refunds except in special cases

Under normal circumstances, refunds are not available if:

  • access to paid features has already been granted;
  • you have used any part of paid resources (blocks, AI, generations);
  • you did not report the issue within 72 hours of payment.

3Grounds for a refund (exceptions)

A refund may be granted only if:

  • a technical failure on the Service side made resources unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours;
  • there was an erroneous duplicate charge;
  • you paid but did not receive access (for example, the account or resources failed to activate);
  • you request a refund within 72 hours of payment and the resources were not used.

4Method and timing of refunds

  • 💳Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the purchase (card, wallet, etc.);
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days after the refund is approved;
  • 💸Payment provider fees are not reimbursed.

5Partial refunds

In special cases, the Service may offer a partial refund or bonus credits if:

  • access to a resource was partially restricted;
  • there were technical issues but you partially used the system;
  • you have a substantiated quality concern about a specific feature (confirmed via a support ticket).

6Refunds via payment systems

  • refund requests are handled directly with the Service;
  • abusive chargebacks through banks or payment platforms may result in permanent account suspension without reinstatement.
